Butterscotch Peanut Fudge

1 12oz pkg butterscotch pieces
1 14oz Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c tiny marshmallows
2/3 c chunky style peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped peanuts

Butter 9x9 baking pan.
In sauce pan, combine butterscotch pieces, sweetened condensed milk and marshmallows.
Cook and stir over med heat til marshmallows melt.
Remove from heat.

Beat in peanut butter and vanilla.
Stir in chopped peanuts.
Turn into prepared pan.
Cover.
Chill til firm.
Cut into squares.
Store in refrigerator.
