Pistachio Bread

Cake:
1 yellow cake mix
1 3oz pkg instant Pistachio Pudding
1/2 pt sour cream
1/4 c shortening
1/4 c water
4 eggs

Topping:
1 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c chopped walnuts

Mix by hand. 
After mixing cake, pour 1/2 of the batter in pans (2 bread pans or 13x9")- cover with 1/2 of the topping mix.
Pour rest of the batter on top.
Cover with the rest of the topping mix.
Bake 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
