Jan Dungey's Cake

1 yellow cake mix (bake)
While still hot, poke holes- Don't go to the bottom.
Pour 1 lg jar caramel topping.
Let cool.

Topping:
8oz Cool Whip
crush 6 Heath bars- sprinkle
