1 pkg lemon jello (can use lime)
1/2 c miniature marshmallows
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 can (1#4oz) crushed pineapple
1 c heavy cream (I use dream whip)
3/4 c salad dressing (I use Miracle Whip)
Dissolve jello in 1 c hot water (double boiler or low heat).
Add marshmallows.
Melt- remove from heat.
Beat cream cheese, pineapple juice and mayonnaise until well blended.
Add to jello mixture, along with pineapple.
Fold in beaten cream.
For Christmas, can use 2 red jello for top and 2 green jello for bottom and above mixture in between.
If made in a flat pan like this it will serve 24.
