Dessert 2

1/2 c oleo
1 c flour
2 Tbs sugar
1/2 c nuts

Mix together with fork.
Pack in ungreased 7x11" pan.
Bake 15 min  350 degrees. 
Cool

8oz cream cheese softened
1 c powdered sugar
1 c cool whip

Mix together and spread over flour mix.

2 3oz pkg pudding, instant
3 c milk
whip- spread on cheese mixture.
Spread remaining cool whip and refrigerate.
