1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg pineapple pudding (or pineapple cake and vanilla pudding)
4 eggs
3/4 c oil
1 10oz seven up
Beat 2 1/2 min
Bake 350 30 to 40 min
13x9 pan
Topping- add while cake is warm
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1 c pineapple juice
1/2 stick oleo
1 c crushed pineapple
2 Tbls corn starch
Mix all ingredients in pan and boil until thickened.
Remove form heat and add 1 c coconut.
Serve with whip cream.
