Chocolate Frosting

1 c brown sugar
3 Tbs cocoa
3 Tbs spry (shortening)
3 Tbs butter
1/4 c milk
dash salt

Bring slowly to boil and stir constantly- 3 minutes.
Then cool to luke warm.
Add 1 1/4 c powdered sugar
